James is very professional in his job. He installed new boiler and did re-piping for the radiators. Also fixed the bathroom. James gave us professional advice when he was working in our house. He is an excellent communicator, he presents issue nicely when things are not going as planned. Example was when he discovered old boiler was no longer repairable and he advised we upgrade to a new boiler. After he completed the jobs, James came back to help fix other problems we discovered in the radiator pipe without changing extra money. I will recommend him to anyone who may need his service and I will definitely call him again for other jobs.
